Shift: Night (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)
Location: On-site, Wapda Town, Lahore
Responsibilities
Implementation & Training: Guide new clients through onboarding process and train them to maximize service value.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Track client engagement, address issues proactively, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Retention & Growth: Reduce churn, renew contracts, and expand client accounts.
Requirements
Experience in customer success or client management (service-based preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000 - Rs120,000.00 per month
