Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Peshawar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting company products and services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, making sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes training new team members and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant work experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
