Job description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding TMG’s products, services, and policies.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Record and maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Achieve performance targets related to call handling, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
