Recruitment Position: User Operation Service

1. Use WhatsApp private messages and groups for user service, reply to and supervise user participation in group activities

2. Clearly understand the usage rules of WhatsApp, including rules for adding friends, communities, channels, etc.

3. Based on the content of the event plan, do a good job in the execution, operation, and maintenance of the community

4. Can effectively master the operation of SCRM tools to serve users

5. Ensure patience in answering parents' relevant questions at all times and guarantee service quality

**Qualifications and Skills:**

More than 2 years of Client Server experience including customer service

- Strong sense of service

- Possess bilingual skills (English + Arabic) to achieve effective communication

Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
