CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COORDINATOR

The Customer Service and Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our customers by providing timely, professional, and effective assistance. This person will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s standards for accuracy, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and deliveries.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately
  • Provide customers with detailed information on PPE products—including specifications, certifications, and usage guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing distributor and key account relationships by providing order tracking, backorder updates, and delivery status.
  • Stay current on PPE standards, regulatory requirements, and new product developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the PPE, safety, industrial supply, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
