We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team, handle customer inquiries, follow up on requests, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email/social media.
  • Follow up on complaints and requests, document them, and close cases after resolution.
  • Enter data and update case/order status on the system.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure fast solutions and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Good English skills (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Good computer skills (Word/Excel, email, and dealing with support systems/admin dashboards).
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
