Long Description Job Summary
Counter Agent will report to the Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
To sale the maximum vehicles to achieve the target.
Complete the rental agreements in all respects and submit to the main office.
Meet customers according to appointments or schedules.
Main inspection on company vehicles for insured quality, cleanliness and operational performance.
Achieve exceptional customer service levels.
Operate the cars in accordance to Kuwait’s law and regulations.
Perform additional assignments as deemed necessary by the management.
Provide customers with information about the car and give advice (if needed).
Produce reports as directed by the management.

Candidate Requirements
Good selling and convincing skills.
Knowledge and hand on related software experience (KERRIDGE, PATH, SAP, etc.)
Good verbal & written communication skills (Arabic & English)
Computer literacy.

Education High School / Diploma Bachelor’s Degree
