Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and returns/refunds
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
