Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with users from different GCC nationalities
• Identify, report, and follow up on bugs or technical issues
• Provide feedback to help enhance overall user experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service (chat or email support)
• Strong English writing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online applications
• Positive, flexible, and customer-focused attitude

Salary range: up to 17k Gross (Including Kpis)
