Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.


Qualifications


Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills

Experience in delivering excellent Customer Experience

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Proficiency in using customer support tools and technologies is a plus

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment


Salary : 20,000 - 21,000
