Overview

Customer Service Advisor (Arabic/English) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Advisor I interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the service provided to customers meets KPIs.
  • Clarify customer requirements; investigate to gain full understanding, use support tools and resources to make appropriate decisions and provide solutions to the customer.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build a relationship with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner following agreed procedures.
  • Continuously acquire information about customer products or services.
  • Complete tasks fully and accurately, including documenting accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and job performance.
  • Suggest additional products and services.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call-tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by directing to published materials, secondary sources, or colleagues as needed.
Job requirements
  • Preferably a university degree or diploma.
  • Three to six months of experience preferred.
  • Politeness and clarity in communication.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stamina for repetitive work.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Patience in all customer interactions and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work in shifts as required.
  • Based on site and program, additional skills and experience may be required.
