Customer Service Advisor (Remote – Pakistan) | Female Only

About the Role

We are seeking a highly articulate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is specifically suited for candidates with exceptional English communication skills and a neutral or British-accented speaking style, capable of confidently engaging with UK-based clients.

This is a client-facing role with a strong sales focus, involving both inbound and outbound communication. The ideal candidate will be polished, well-spoken, and capable of building trust with international clients while converting leads into booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based clients in a professional and confident manner
• Conduct client consultations via video (camera-on required)
• Convert leads into booked consultations for senior team members
• Manage and respond to enquiries via CRM systems, WhatsApp, and phone
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM
• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to client queries
• Consistently meet daily and weekly call and booking targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) from a top-tier institution such as:

o Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)

o Beaconhouse National University (BNU)

o Lahore Grammar School (LGS) background (A-Levels)

o International School Lahore (ISL)

o Roots International Schools / Roots Millennium

o Other institutions with a strong English-medium academic background

• Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral or British-accented tone
• Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently and confidently with UK-based clients
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems, calling tools, and WhatsApp communication
• Professional demeanor with a strong willingness to learn and grow
