Job Overview
Air N Ocean Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating logistics operations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely shipments and smooth coordination with logistics teams and freight forwarders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both local and international markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (CRM) to ensure long-term business growth
- Prepare and manage export documentation accurately and efficiently
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues related to orders, shipping, or service quality
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field (Sales / Logistics / Customer Handling)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of import/export processes and client dealing
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
