YOUR TASKS
:

Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails for booking, tracking, and other shipment-related inquiries while maintaining professional service levels.

Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Support departmental service level targets and complete tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Generate sales and cash leads, promote DHL value‑added services, and identify opportunities to increase adoption of DHL’s electronic shipping solutions.

Ensure courteous communication, timely service recovery, and proactive updates to customers regarding potential service delays or issues.

Respond to customer queries within agreed expectations and collaborate with the DHL network to address concerns.
YOUR PROFILE
:

Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2years of relevant experience.

Basic knowledge of software/technical skills (MS Office, CRMs).

Good Interpersonal and time management skills.
