Customer Service Representative (Europe Based Logistics Campaign)

We are a Karachi-based BPO (Bahadurabad) seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills for a European campaign. You will source and negotiate with subcontractors via online portals, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Manage daily trip schedules, vehicle assignments, and GPS tracking.
• Problem Solving: Resolve real-time delays, cancellations, and route changes.
• Communication: Coordinate directly with drivers, riders, and internal staff.
• Administration: Maintain accurate billing records and ensure policy compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Background In International call center.
• Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and independent problem-solving.
• Outstanding internet and computer skills.

Shift & Location:

• Timing: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
