Customer Service Advisor &ndash; Automotive (Arabic Speaker)We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our automotive division.Requirements:<ul><li>Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)</li><li>Freshers in UAE can also apply (PREVIOUS HOME COUNTRY EXP IN AUTOMOTIVE - MANDATORY</li><li>Good communication skills in both Arabic &amp; English</li><li>Customer-oriented and presentable personality</li><li>Basic knowledge or interest in automotive industry is an advantage</li><li>Ability to handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally</li><li>Good coordination and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer interactions and service inquiries</li><li>Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team</li><li>Follow up with customers regarding appointments and updates</li><li>Maintain professional customer experience and relationship</li><li>Support front desk and customer coordination activities</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
