Partner Care & Delivery Coordinator

Role Overview:

We're seeking a full-time Partner Care Coordinator to manage delivery coordination, partner aftercare, and internal tracking systems. This is a remote, operations-focused role designed to support partner relationships post-outreach. The position does not involve event execution or activations. It ensures seamless coordination between the Company team, distribution, and our growing network of gyms, studios, hotels, ambassadors and retail partners. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-based. It requires someone highly organised, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing spreadsheets and daily logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

  • Monitor internal WhatsApp group for daily delivery requests
  • Organise Porter promotional deliveries from warehouse to influencers, ambassadors, gyms and studios
  • Ensure correct address details and contact information are logged
  • Coordinate multiple daily delivery requests efficiently
  • Confirm successful deliveries and update internal records

Partner Onboarding & Order Forms

  • Collect and verify partner business details
  • Log new partners into the central database
  • Maintain accurate records of flavours, quantities and delivery addresses
  • Partner Care & Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for all stocked partners
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with gyms, studios and hotels
  • Confirm satisfaction with product supply and distribution
  • Record feedback and flag issues promptly
  • Monitor reorder timelines and prompt repeat orders where required

Distribution Liaison

  • Act as the buffer between the company team and the distribution team Escalate delays or logistical issues for partner.

Database & Opportunity Management

  • Maintain and update Excel partner tracking sheets
  • Ensure all order history and contact information is updated monthly
  • Keep internal records organised

Internal Communication

  • Remain active and responsive in internal WhatsApp groups
  • Acknowledge new partner handovers quickly
  • Maintain clear communication with the company team

Requirements :

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working with Google Drive and Excel
  • Clear, professional English communication via WhatsApp, email and phone
  • Ability to coordinate logistics independently
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Available six days per week (flexible hours within UAE timezone)

Compensation:

  • 4,000 - 5,000 per month (Depending on experience)
