Customer Service Agent (Bilingual Arabic/English)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills and has at least 2–3 years of experience in the F&B or FMCG industry. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Meet service quality standards and performance targets
• Provide after-hours support from home when call volumes exceed working hours
• Work from home on Saturdays as required by operations

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience in F&B or FMCG field
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude

Working Schedule

• 8 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Saturday: Work-from-home as required
• Additional calls beyond working hours may be handled remotely from home
