Customer Service Agent(Female)

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking customer service agent (Female) to join our dynamic client relations team. If you have experience working in call centers or customer service) , we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients for payment recovery and service follow-ups.
  • Update client information and call outcomes on CRM systems and Excel sheets.
  • Resolve client queries and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
  • Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports for supervisors.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of call center or customer relations experience (banking sector preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3-month probation period.
