Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients for payment recovery and service follow-ups.
- Update client information and call outcomes on CRM systems and Excel sheets.
- Resolve client queries and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
- Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports for supervisors.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of call center or customer relations experience (banking sector preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Willingness to undergo a 3-month probation period.
