Customer Service and Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant who can provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in making sure our customers stay happy and our drivers stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
  • Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes for water delivery drivers
  • Monitor live delivery progress and handle rescheduling or delays as needed
  • Manage delivery scheduling, customer support, and basic office/admin duties.
  • Process orders, invoices, and basic data entry
  • Maintain accurate customer records and delivery instructions
  • Utilize Google Workspace tools to collaborate with team members and manage documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in data entry and use of various software applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and dispatch/CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office admin strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, executive support.
  • Ability to work independently (mandatory)
  • Attention to detail (mandatory)
  • Computer literate and ability to learn quickly
