Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Success & Digital Marketing Specialist—a unique hybrid role perfect for someone who loves both creative marketing and helping clients succeed. You will be the bridge between our services (web development, digital marketing, and accounting software) and our clients. Your mission: attract new leads through smart marketing and ensure our existing clients are happy, supported, and thriving.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing (60%)

• Create and manage social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to promote client’s services.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts and website content
• Design simple graphics, brochures, and email newsletters using Photoshop or similar tools.
• Run basic Google/Facebook ads to generate leads
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Client Support & Success (40%)

• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries—especially for accounting software support.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and basic training for our software and websites.
• Solve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to our development team.
• Build strong client relationships—check in regularly, collect feedback, and turn happy clients into case studies.
• Create helpful client resources: tutorial videos, FAQs, and user guides.

Who You Are

• You have 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, client support, or similar role (agency experience is a plus!).
• You’re a clear communicator in English
• You can create social media posts, write emails, and explain technical topics in simple terms.
• You’re familiar with basic digital marketing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• You’re tech-savvy and willing to learn about web design and accounting software.
• You’re organized, proactive, and love helping people.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CRM or help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Understanding of UAE business landscape.
• Knowdgle in Programing and coding
