We’re seeking a Customer Service & Sales Officer to welcome students, guide them through their learning options, and play a key role in the ongoing success of our Teaching Centre.

Role Purpose
You’ll ensure every student — whether new or returning — receives attentive, informed, and professional support. Your work will help drive enrolments, contribute to centre targets, and uphold the British Council’s reputation for quality and trust.
Main Accountabilities
You will engage with students and parents both in person and through various communication channels, responding to enquiries and guiding them through the registration process. In every interaction, you will uphold the British Council’s commitment to delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
A key part of your role will be supporting enrolment growth. This includes conducting consultations, managing and nurturing leads, following up on interest, and contributing to monthly sales targets. You will also play an active role in marketing‑related activities that help strengthen student engagement and awareness.
To keep the Teaching Centre running smoothly, you will handle essential operational and administrative tasks. This includes accurate data entry, payment processing, coordinating surveys, and supporting day‑to‑day activities that ensure an efficient and well‑organised environment for students and staff.
