About the Company Premier Housewares is a UK-based international company known for its high-quality homeware products and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We take pride in offering excellent service, ensuring our customers receive quick, reliable, and professional support at all times.We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Lahore office. This is a full-time onsite role, where you’ll work closely with our international clients and internal teams to provide excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the voice of Premier Housewares, assisting customers via email and phone. You’ll handle inquiries, manage orders, and ensure prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or handling customer complaints for an international (UK or US-based) company, possess excellent spoken and written English, and have a good understanding of UK geography.You’ll also be responsible for handling “Where is my order?” queries, coordinating with courier services, and providing timely order updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, invoices, returns, and credit notes.
  • Process replacement orders and arrange returns by liaising with carriers and customers.
  • Manage payment transactions securely and professionally.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Support the Sales Team by making follow-up calls to customers and maintaining relationships.
  • Work on SAP, APL, Freshdesk, and customer portals for order tracking and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments or managers.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills – verbal and written (essential).
  • Experience in customer service or client support, preferably for international (UK/US) markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online systems or CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and detail-oriented under pressure.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per day
