Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow call centre procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
