Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service - Backoffice role with a net salary of 18,000K. The role is on-site, located in New Cairo. The daily tasks involve providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires handling customer inquiries, managing backoffice tasks, and supporting team operations to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Ability to work in an on-site role in New Cairo
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 per month
