Customer Service / Call Center Representative

This role is responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales and service teams to ensure every homeowner receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners.
• Schedule in-home appointments for sales and service teams
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service requests
• Enter and update customers information in company systems
• Provide friendly and professional communication with every customer
• Assist the sales team with scheduling and coordination

Qualifications

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
