As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a seamless order process from inquiry to delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage client requests, provide accurate information, and coordinate with internal teams until orders are fully completed.

Skills

  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management (showroom or trading environment is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service/order management software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Strong follow-up skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, client-focused attitude with professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
