Customer Service Coordinator

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Hurghada. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a customer-first mindset.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships, supporting commercial operations, and driving business insights through analysis. You will collaborate with multiple departments, contribute to decision-making processes, and support the company’s growth by ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact point for clients, handling requests and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for further growth and collaboration.
  • Manage stop sales processes and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and validate reservation confirmations from suppliers to maintain accuracy and service quality.
  • Conduct weekly sales performance monitoring, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze competitive market trends and deliver detailed reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Yield and Booking departments to align objectives and improve performance.
  • Support and coordinate with team members, ensuring tasks are followed up effectively and communication is seamless.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations within travel agencies, tour operators, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with data-driven reports.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and creative mindset, capable of contributing fresh perspectives and process improvements.
