Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record-keeping, and general administrative support. This position is integral to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department while helping foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, warnings, and certificates.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and performance reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years + of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
