About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize training sessions and HR events.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking as needed.
• Handling day-to-day HR administrative duties.
• Work effectively under pressure and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£18,000.00 per month
