Job Description – Customer Service / Receptionist (Saudi National)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Saudi National to join our automotive team as a Customer Service / Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, professional greetings, and efficient support throughout their visit or inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Handling

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
  • Manage customer check-ins for service appointments.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department (Service, Sales, Spare Parts, etc.).
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant staff members.

Customer Service Support

  • Maintain customer records and update appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with the service team regarding customer vehicle status.
  • Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage daily front desk operations efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports, logs, and customer feedback forms.
  • Organize documents such as invoices, job cards, and delivery notes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-handling ability.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
