Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for handling & transferring of all incoming / outgoing calls on telephone exchange to
concerned personal & ensure smooth & trouble free operations of Telephone Exchange & Fax for proper
communication.
POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Direct Manager : Plant Manager / Director
Peers : IR & Admin Officer
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 To attend all incoming / outgoing calls, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer
calls to appropriate individuals.  Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons
according to their needs  To maintain Telephone exchange register, Fax register properly indicating official and personal
outgoing calls & faxes.  To distribute incoming fax messages to the concerned staff members.  To check & verify the telephone bills, and to prepare deduction report of personal calls.  To maintain directory of important telephone nos. properly.  To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management
System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and
relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all
activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
 Graduate with basic office administration knowledge  2-4 years in similar capacity  Basic computer skills  Capable to operate office equipments, ie. Fax, Copiers and phone s
