Customer Service Dispatcher

Neighborly Group of St Louis is looking for an upbeat Customer Service Dispatcher. We service the St Louis and St Charles area in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Property Restoration. Neighborly group of St Louis is a family combined of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Aire Serv, Mr. Electric and Property Medic. We value our team members and want to partner with you for a brighter future.

MUST HAVE - Customer service experience.

We are looking for a full time position Sunday-Thursday 8am - 5pm

Dispatching skills not required, but a bonus to have!

Our ideal candidate is a motivated, reliable self starter who works great in a fast paced team environment!

The duties of the position include but are not limited to: Inbound call taking, dispatching, scheduling, and fielding customer questions.
