What Will You Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond according to their needs and situations

• Manage interactions across multiple channels (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) while ensuring a consistent customer experience

• Learn to use software solutions that improve people’s lives and continue to develop your skills

• Deliver better brand experiences for our clients

Your Qualifications

• Have strong written and verbal English language skills

• Are proactive, highly motivated, and solution-oriented

• Have strong time management and empathy skills

• Proficient in basic computer use and interested in technology

• Suitable to work in the flexible working hours and shifts

• Hold at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
