Customer Service Intern

The Customer Service Intern will support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team by taking ownership of administrative and daily simple tasks, enabling Customer Service team members to focus on managing customer orders and issue resolution. This role supports day-to-day order management activities, customer communication, and system updates.

Your responsibilities

• Perform administrative support for the O2C/Customer Service team.
• Assist with order follow-up activities (e.g., status checks, internal coordination, tracking open items).
• Inform customers about order status changes and delays using approved templates and guidance from the team.
• Enter and maintain notes, comments, and relevant updates in sales orders/ERP/CRM systems.
• Support documentation, filing, and basic reporting (e.g., order lists, backlog follow-up, open actions).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, logistics, sales) to obtain accurate order information.

Who we are looking for

• Student status (business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred) or newly graduated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
• Professional communication skills (email/phone).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM exposure is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and work in a team environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you will also have

• Communicative English- you will talk to foreign colleagues.
