Role Overview
PRYPCO is seeking a confident, consultative, and service-oriented
Mortgage Concierge/Telecaller (Arabic Speaker)
to serve as the first point of contact for prospective mortgage clients. You will guide high-intent leads through the early stages of their financing journey — qualifying, informing, and coordinating with care.
This role is more than telecalling — its about building trust, creating structure, and ensuring a seamless handover to Mortgage Advisors. Youll be part of a fast-paced team delivering premium experiences from the very first conversation.
Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, or real estate partners.

Engage clients in structured conversations (in Arabic and English) to understand their property and financing needs.

Guide customers through the initial steps of the mortgage process with clarity and care.

Collect key eligibility details such as employment, income, and property preference to prepare them for consultation with Mortgage Advisors.

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring every lead is properly tracked and followed up on.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the clients experience remains smooth and informed throughout.

Proactively follow up with interested customers, manage timelines, and ensure next steps are never missed.
What Were Looking For

Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles — ideally in financial services, real estate, or a premium client interaction setting.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally and build rapport over the phone.

Ability to manage structured conversations and navigate complex customer needs with confidence.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
