About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients within the Elite Banking segment and ensure seamless post-sales support. This role reports to AVP Client Services - Elite Banking and involves close collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the dedicated contact for our Elite Banking clients
• Resolve queries and requests with promptness and professionalism
• Build loyalty through proactive client engagement and outstanding service
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions
• Monitor KPIs and uphold strict SLAs
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance processes
• Partner with Relationship Managers to support client servicing and business growth
• Share client insights to refine products and services
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying unmet client needs
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.)
• Maintain meticulous records for audit readiness
• Spot and escalate potential risks with precision

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 1 year of experience in client servicing or relationship management
