Job Role:
Identify the fastest path to sale, share account updates, and track touchpoints all on one platform
To become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit
To retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time
Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Requirements:
Open to Any nationals
Bachelor's degree or any relevant field
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE market
Knowledgeable in courier industry and air freight
Has strong client database, proven track record in sales and the ability to meet assigned targets
Superb negotiation skills with the ability to drive change and deliver targeted results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• E-commerce shipping : 3 years (Preferred)
• Domestic shipping : 4 years (Preferred)
• International shipping : 4 years (Preferred)
