This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Belle Homes Real Estate in Dubai. The role involves managing client interactions, providing exceptional customer support, and handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and service requests in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and admin) to address client needs effectively.
  • Support sales and leasing teams by following up with clients and providing timely updates.
  • Perform administrative duties including document management, MIS reports, and data entry.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and support business objectives.
  • Customer service and sales passionate people are welcomed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively.
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
