About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team at Not Funny, a fast-growing custom apparel brand. You’ll be responsible for handling customer queries across channels (email, WhatsApp, calls) and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Track, escalate, and resolve order-related issues (delivery, payment, returns, etc.) through defined processes.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce repeated issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or related role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,940.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
