About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions effectively and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle queries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and update customer information accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools/software (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
