We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions company committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services. We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who can ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email.

* Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams for timely deliveries.

* Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.

* Resolve delivery issues, delays, or escalations promptly.

* Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the system.

* Generate daily and weekly logistics reports for management.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics / Commerce / Business).

* 1–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM tools.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
