Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our automotive team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, service coordination, complaint resolution, and ensuring a seamless service experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to equipment and tools installation, repairs, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with the service department for appointment scheduling and job status updates
  • Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction levels
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ERP systems
  • Generate service estimates and explain service details to customers
  • Promote service packages, annual maintenance contracts, and value-added services
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (computer application or engineering preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (Automotive industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
