Customer Service Executive

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate fresher who is willing to build career in logistics industry.
• Candidates done courses or having basic understanding of EXIM, logistics, International trade and SCM will be preferred.
• Candidate having 6months to 1year experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry can also apply.
• Willing to build a long-term career in the Logistics industry.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end activities related to Import and Export shipments.
• Track and monitor shipment status to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and records in MS Excel.
• Ensure smooth internal coordination with the Sales , operations team and Head Office for seamless shipment flow.
• Support the team in day-to-day customer service and documentation activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
