Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage our information desk and sales kiosk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing detailed information about our projects, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sit at the information desk to provide and collect information from walk-in customers regarding project details
• Manage and operate the sales kiosk efficiently
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide detailed information about the project
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers
• Maintain and update customer data and records accurately
• Handle client queries and objections confidently and professionally

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred)
• Ability to confidently handle client queries and objections
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
