Customer Service Executive

Overview:

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving

complaints, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role requires strong communication skills,

problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure satisfaction and build trust. By handling interactions

professionally and efficiently, customer service staff play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation and long-term

customer relationships.

The position will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Follow all company polices outlined in the Employee Handbook and General Policies and Procedures.

1. Customer Service & Communication

  • Handle all customer inquiries and orders received through WhatsApp, the website, and the mobile application.
  • Manage client communication promptly and professionally for all meal plan–related queries.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, concerns, and service issues.
  • Coordinate with the nutritionist to share client updates, preferences, and necessary dietary adjustments.
  • Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication flow.

2. Order Management

  • Check, verify, and track all daily orders received through multiple platforms.
  • Ensure accurate entry, confirmation, and follow-up of orders for the vegan meal plan.
  • Work closely with the operations and nutrition teams to ensure all meal customizations are correctly reflected.

3. Sales Coordination

  • Maintain daily records of sales, subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Tally daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Assist in upselling meal plans and promoting ongoing offers when required.

4. Delivery & Logistics Coordination

  • Prepare and share daily delivery lists and routes with the delivery team.
  • Ensure accurate delivery schedules and support with route planning when necessary.
  • Follow up on delivery issues, delays, or errors and ensure timely resolutions.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, kitchen, and nutrition teams to ensure seamless execution of all vegan meal plan services.
  • Support the department with administrative tasks and any additional responsibilities assigned.
