Customer Service Executive

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and professional Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide detailed information regarding admissions.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer inquiries and follow up as required.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Offer suitable solutions to customer issues within defined time limits.
  • Record all customer complaints daily, following company procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to secure any necessary missing documentation.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests with professionalism.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and basic computer operations.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Professional and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Candidates must currently be based in Dubai and be willing to work in the second shift.
