Work Experience: 3-5 years UAE experience in Courier Industry compulsory

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience

Work Location: Dubai

Age: 25-40

Nationality: Preferably Asians

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience in Call center (Courier)
2. Experience in Customer Service (Coordination with customers and agents through email)
3. Experience in Export and imports (courier - International)
4. Quotations to clients
5. Experience in Bookings and processing AWBs of agents (DHL, FedEx and UPS etc)
6. Track and trace
7. Resolving disputes (Courier related)
