Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
• Present and promote company products/services over the phone
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of telesales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Fluency in English (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is a plus)
