Customer Service Executive – Export Shipments

Location: MIDC Ranjangaon

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

Handle customer coordination for export shipments

Prepare and follow up on export-related documents

Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

Maintain records and reports using MS Excel and Word

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in customer service/export operations

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Exposure to export documentation is an added advantage
